  1.1 - How to list a large number of items on CDandLP.com?
  First of all, you need to sign up on CDandLP.com. Next, you need to register your seller profil and parameters to go to My account account.

To sell many items, use: Upload a csv/txt file.

Tip : When you list items, give as much information as you can about the items (artist, title, year, format, description, picture) to increase your sales.

  1.2 - How to determine the grading of a record (symbols M, EX, VG)?
  You must determine the grading of the item according to the nomenclature proposed by CDandLP.com
This classification is based on the international standard Goldmine and Record Collector Grading Systems.

  1.3 - Does CDandLP.com buy records?
  CDandLP.com does not buy any records. CDandLP.com is a music market place. We put together records sellers and buyers. As middle a man, at any time we are a record dealer and we never hold the records.
You can anyway start to sell you records easily on CDandLP.com.

  1.4 - How to set the price of an item ?
  As a seller, you are the one who fixes the price of the items.
We strongly recommend that you set competitive prices and to check other sellers prices regularly. The more competitive your prices are the more chance you have to increase your sales.

If you need further information about the quoted value you can find it with record dealers, dedicated magazines and eventually on other Web sites.

This price should include shipping costs which are added separately.

  1.5 - How to fix my shipping fees?
  On CDandLP.com, the shipping fees are defined in advance (before buyers place orders). This system allows you to avoid having to calculate these fees at each availability confirmation of the order.

To define shipping methods and shipping fees that will be offered to buyers you have two options:

- Use the shipping methods and shipping fees grid set by CDandLP.com for your country. Select option "I use the shipping methods and fees defined by CDandLP.com for my country" in your account My account > My store > My shipping fees.

- Use your own shipping methods and shipping fees grid. Select option "I define my personal shipping methods and shipping fees" in your account My account > My store > My shipping fees.

  1.6 - I want to make a commercial offer?
  You want to make discounts on your items, offer coupons or other deals, Contact our customer service.

2 - MANAGE MY SALES

  2.1 - Someone has placed on order on my items, what am I supposed to do ?
  When you receive a new order :
1. You reveive an email to warn you.
2. Login your account My account > My sales > Orders to confirm.
3. Click on the new order.
4. Confirm availability for each item.
5. Submit.

When it's done, CDandLP.com collects the payment of the buyer and gives you authorization to ship the parcel.

[!] IMPORTANT
Don't send the parcel until we have collected the payment and informed you that you can ship.

  2.2 - I made a mistake confirming availability
  If it happends you need to Contact our customer service.
- If the payment was not already collected, we will reset your order.
- If the payment was already collected, we will issue a refund to the buyer.

[!] IMPORTANT: we ask you to be very carefull with confirmation and to make sure items are available. In case you make a wrong availability confirmation by mistake and we need to refund the buyer, the CDandLP.com commission will remain.

  2.3 - I have a pending order waiting for payment for a while. What can I do ?
  Some payments are longer to come than others. Whereas it is very quick with credit card, paypal or bank transfer, it may take more time with check, cash, postal order.
We remind automatically and everyday the buyers to send their payment until they confirm the sending of it. Another reason about the delay is that we need to wait until all the sellers concerned about the same transaction has confirmed availability before collecting payment.

[!] IMPORTANT: we ask you to reserve the order at least 1 month.

  2.4 - Do you have any concerns about the shipping/billing information of this order ?

  2.5 - Shipping fess don't match what I'm going to pay / I have paid ?
  There may be some slight variations which depend on the items and your packing.
You can request an adjustment of the shipping fees directly to the buyer on the availability confirmation page in My account > My sales > Orders to confirm.

In order this problem occur as infrequently as possible, it is important that you adopt the system of shipping automatic calculation that best suits your needs.

  2.6 - The buyer still has not confirmed receipt of the order, what can I do ?
  It happens that some buyers take more time to confirm receipt.
CDandLP.com systematically reminds them by email.
If you are sure that the buyer receives the order you can contact him directly via message service.

3 - RECEIVING PAYMENT OF MY SALES

  3.1 - How do I get paid?
  CDandLP.com makes payment of your sales by Bank transfert or Paypal (outside SEPA only). You can set your preference in your account My account > My Finances > Payment of my sales.

  3.2 - What amount will be payed for sales payment?
  The amount payable is recorded in the balance of your account. It is calculated as follows:

Total of received orders minus the commission. If the balance is equal or higher than the payment threshold, the payment is forwarded to the seller during this period.


[!] IMPORTANT :
We forward payment only for the sales where receipt was confirmed by the buyer. We send a reminder every two days during 1 week before the automatic receipt date. Without any registered complaint from him, if he still has not confirmed at automatic receipt date, the sale is credited to your account.

  3.3 - When will I receive payment of my sales?
  CDandLP.com forwards you the payment of your sales once or twice a month.

Payment dates based on working days are:
- Between the 1st and the 5th of the month.
- Between the 15th and the 20th of the month.

The payment is made if your account balance is greater than or equal to the payment threshold. This threshold is predefined by CDandLP.com when you signup as a seller. You can change it yourself at any time. For this you need to go to your account My account > My Finances > Payment of my sales. In the box payment threshold, you can specify the amount you want. On this page, you can also specify the payment frequency you prefer.

  3.4 - I still haven't received the payment of my sales ?
  You need to check beforehand in the history of your account if CDandLP.com did send a payment of sales. If this is indeed the case, you should check that the bank details listed in your account My account > My Finances > Payment of my sales is accurate.
For a bank transfer, it takes 2 to 10 days.

  4.1 - Can I pay purchases with my account balance?
  Yes, you can use it to pay for items.
On the order form you will need to enable this feature via email first.
Then, simply select on the order form payment with my account balance as a payment method.
Two possibilities:
- If your account balance is greater than or equal to the total purchase, you can make full payment with your balance.
- If your account balance is less than the total purchase. You will then have to select another payment method (credit card, bank transfer, Paypal ...) to complete payment.

  4.2 - I cannot emit coupons ?
  To emit a coupon, your sales balance must be positive.
In case if you are not able to generate a coupon, Contact our customer service.

  4.3 - I want a refund for an unused coupon?
  If you made a mistake during the generation of a coupon or if you do not want to use a self emitted coupon anymore, Contact our customer service.
