発送が遅すぎます。自社ではストックをお持ちではないのでしょうか？他社から商品を動かして発送しているようですが、商品の有無、発送予定等、発送までに時間がかかるなら連絡が欲しいですし、いっそすぐに「在庫なし」と連絡してくださった方がこちらも他で探す等できます。お店の信用にかかわる問題です。

とにかく商品の発送が遅すぎます。手持ちではなく、仲介のような形をとっているのでしょうか、各国から取り寄せ中という返事をいただいたのも信頼感にかけてしまいます。購入履歴に盤の状態が残らない説明方法も商品到着時に確認できず不便です。ステレオを頼んだつもりだったＬＰがモノ盤で届き、これも確認できない為クレームも出せません。他の出品者同様、タイトル横への状態明記を希望します。

7'を注文したのに同タイト再発盤LPが送られてきました。間違えて送ってしまったのならまだ許せますが「商品の説明があまり明確ではなかった」という言い訳。実際に7inchはオリジナルプレスのみ存在していますから、その次点で再発LPを送ってくる事自体おかしい。アーティスト名にも誤植はありましたが、レコードショップでならもっと正確に表記するべきでしょう。詐欺としか思えない、最低レベルです。

The cd arrived yesterday. It's great, sounds great, the cover is immaculate. However it took a whole month for the order to be processed and delivered which in this day and age isn't good enough.
