This selection starts with a special Christmas Rap album produced by the Death Row Records Label, famous label for Gangsta Rap bands in the 90s starring Snoop Dogg, Tupac and Dr. Dre, co-founder of the Label. In this album you'll listen to good Gangsta Rap and RnB vibes. This first day of December is a transition between November, dedicated to HipHop from the 90s and this coming month dedicated to Christmas. Before the 25th, we'll spoil you every day! However, between 1966 and 1970, at the height of his fame, the Godfather of Soul produced 3 albums dedicated to Christmas, this money-maker moment of the year. It was in 1995, at the worst moment of his carreer, after having passed 3 years in jail, that Polygram decided to compile his best Christmas titles on ''Funky Christmas''. Nothing very new on the album but you'll find the eternal Christmas classics : ''Christmas in Heaven'', ''Merry Christmas Baby'' or ''The Christmas Song'' reinvented by James Brown. Christmas got the better of him when he passed away on December 25th 2006.
