I love Black music and its variation of funk, soul, afro and all the movies that are related such as Shaft, Coffy, Car Wash…

The toxic from the 80’s, Tarzan Boy, Murray Head, with a soft spot for cartoons’ OS…

How long have your been working in the team?
Almost since the beginning:). I have been Xavier’s lifepartner for 20 years, I was there when he came up with the idea and all these years when he was developping the website. I have been officially involved as being the manager since the beginning of 2016.
Your very first vinyl record:
When I was a little girl, I remember playing the 7 inch by Francis Cabrel je l’aime à mourir on my slot-in record player, again and again. I listened to it so many times I’m quite certain I could sing it now, I still remember the lyrics.
But I need to confess that my very first vinyl records was the famous ‘Chicken Dance’…
What’s your favorite music genre?
I like Afro, Brasilian music but also psyche rock music...

Italian pop music, I love it, it bucks you up !
I litterally fell in love with the hit by Raffaella Carra' / A far l'amore comincia tu

I’m Helen. My job is to take care of sellers on the marketplace. I’m here for all their questions about how things work, how to handle their dashboard, the presentation of their shop. I help them with the upload of their inventories and the communication with Spanish-speaking buyers…
How long have your been working in the team?
I joined the team in March 2011.

I was given my first LP for my 12th birthday, I was already a dance lover and it was the kind of music that I used to listen apart from classical music that ballet dancers usually listen to…
What’s your favorite music genre?
I have no precise favorite music genre, I don’t really care about the genre actually. There are some songs that touch my heart and move me to tears… sometimes after two beats of a song I am already swinging! This is my way of deciding if I like the track or not…
For example, I love this version of ‘la Cumparsita’. For those who don’t know about Argentin tango, the track called ‘la Cumparsita’, is traditionnally played twice and annouces the end of a milonga (the equivalent of an Argentin tango ball). During that song, you are supposed to dance with your official dance partner only…
