Since 2001 we’ve been taking care of all the exchanges undertaken at CDandLP. We’ve been giving them all our attention, interest and passion. On a daily basis, we do our best to facilitate contacts between you, buyers and sellers from all over the world, so that transactions go smoothly. We continue on this path of nearness and attentiveness by offering you high quality customer, commercial and technical services. These commitments are our fundamentals.
- We facilitate contacts: our multilingual team links our community’s different cultures and languages. This high quality service, exclusively available on our marketplace, enables you to get answers easily. This richness is our strength. Buyers and sellers can also contact each other via the messaging board. All information required for a transaction to go well can be exchanged.
- We ensure transactions: we protect all payments by using Secure Socket Layers (SSL). We do not store any sensitive data. We guarantee each party that the transaction will go smoothly: we make the necessary verifications on buyers’ profile, to ensure sellers payment and we wait for buyers to acknowledge receipt of the order before paying sellers. It is our mission as a go-between and we are the only ones to offer you this service.
- We respect both parties: our role as middlemen imposes that we remain 100% fair for both sides. You’ve granted us your trust since 2001 and we are proud of it. Every day we continue working in this direction.
- We are attentive: a representative who knows you gives you answers. You may contact us via our messaging board, at any time; we answer you as quickly as possible. We listen to you, give you advice, support you and help you in your technical and commercial requests.
