Make a price offer
Thanks to this option, you will be able to negotiate the price of some items listed on the site, within the limits set by the seller of the item.
Requirements:
- The seller must agree to consider offers on his items.
- Your offer mustn't be lower than the limit price set by the seller.
- The item must have been displayed on the site for at least a month.
- Items available for this option are displayed with a "Make an offer" link placed under the purchase cart.
- You can make offers on several different items within the same cart.
- When paying for your order with a credit/debit card, please note that you may have to enter your bank details again if the seller doesn’t accept your offer and proposes you a counteroffer increasing the amount previously registered.
Process of a price offer paid via Bank Card:
1. Offer a price lower than the price displayed. You can add a message with your arguments to convince the seller.
2. Submit your order with the new price and pay with credit/debit card.
3. The seller is informed that he received your offer. He has 3 days to process it.
4. He can accept your offer and confirm the order. The order is processed normally. Your card is debited with the amount initially registered.
5. He can decline your offer and cancel the order. No debit will be processed on your card.
6. He can make a counter-proposal that you will have to process within 3 days
- accepting it: you will have to enter your bank details again. The previous input will be erased automatically and your card will be debited with the amount proposed by the seller.
- declining it: no debit will be processed on your card. The seller will still have the opportunity to accept your offer after all or decline it for good.
Along with your price offer, you may add a message for the attention of the seller.
