Mint Seller guidelines

Our Mint Seller program aims at highlighting sellers selected upon qualitative criteria based on the visual quality of their catalog as well as their performances in terms of fill rate and order processing responsiveness.

By joining our "Mint seller" program sellers agree to the following terms:

- Display 100% of photos number 1, specific to the items. These are pictures of the items for sale.

- Display at least 80% of photos number 2, specific to the items for sale.

- Maintain 5 stars on fill rate, confirmation response and shipping response.

- Maintain 5 stars on overall customer satisfaction.

- Do not publish unauthorized items for sale.


In case of the modification of indicators and performances, in case of a claim proving the sale of unauthorized items, or in case of non-compliance with the general conditions of CDandLP, sellers will be notified by email and may have to be temporarily or definitely excluded from the Mint Seller program.
