on the fourteenth album in the mid naughties the American thrash metal stronghold returns back to their groovier direction once launched at the dawn of new millennium, but at the same time these robust and pounding ten songs sort of sum up two first decades of the band, spitting a fair share of more intense, ripping thrash material and ferocious, rhythm-oriented, powerful and heavy arrows, also combining both sides of the sonic coin in more than couple of songs - no wonder that such an angle of music was not totally approved by those who grown up with first wave of US thrash, but even for those guys Overkill have an answer in shallow, party-like, almost Ramones-ish 'Old School'; authentic US pressing
